With the option for Datamatrix coding Greiner Bio-One adds a beneficial feature to its well-tried range of Cryo.s™.
The identification number encrypted in the 2D code of the tube can be used to provide each frozen sample with a unique, machine-readable identity and store sample-related information in a database.
Datamatrices are burned with a laser into the polymer of the modified tube bottom, thus appearing as a white mark on a black background. This labelling procedure guarantees a constantly high contrast and excellent readability of the Datamatrix.
