1. What surfaces are available on the HTA™Slides?

We are offering the standard surfaces including a positively charged (amino) surface for binding unmodified DNA, an aldehyde surface for covalent binding of modified DNA and in the future a surface specifically mobilized for binding proteins will be available.

2. How many spots/probes can you place in each well of the HTA™Plate?

The printable area is 6 mm by 6 mm (or 36 mm²). With spot diameters of about 100 microns and a spot distance of about 200 microns amoung all spots, you can easily print 300 spots into one well. It is possible to adjust this density by altering the spot diameter or spot distance. For lager amounts od spots, you can split the array onto 2 or more wells.
